Construction Oversight
Maintain oversight on progress, budget, and schedule
Review, approve, and track all invoicing to verify that it aligns with contract documents
Attend OAC meetings as scheduled
Advise owner on all progess
Assist with design changes as necessary
Coordinate with owner direct contacts
Assure the submittal process is timely and accurate
Oversee the change management process
Mediate issues that arise throughout the project
Closeout & Turnover
Support punch list execution
Help expedite contractor closeout package
Assure all contract deliverables are fully executed and final payments are received
Assist with startup, turnover, commissioning, and opening processes
